PURPOSE:To provide the subject film improved in the drawback of handling due to the surface tack of the film attributed to the effect of a plasticizer incorporated therein. CONSTITUTION:The objective film comprises 10-60 pts.wt. plasticizer composed of a phthalic diester of a decyl alcohol mixture consisting of 95.0-98.5wt.% 2-propylheptanol and 1.5-5.0wt.% 4-methyl-2-propylhexanol and 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin.
