PURPOSE:To make the appearance of a packaged configuration extrememly beautiful after a shrink packaging, and reduce the waste of a film at the time of shrink packaging. CONSTITUTION:A heater 21 is provided on a heat block 20, and a fusing blade 22, which fusion-welds openings of a heat shrinkable film 5, in which a commodity 50 is arranged, is provided on the heat block 20. A pair of film holders 35 are provided at both sides of the heat block 20, and a cooling pipe 54 with a through hole for air jetting 52 to cool the film 5 and film holders 35 is attached in the vicinity of the lower end surface of the film holders 35. |
