PURPOSE: To form an accurate drilled hole with an undercut corresponding to an expansion plug by engaging plural cylinders with a wobble plate fixed to a drilling machine, controlling and actuating the cylinders in succession to wobble the wobble plate and by making the tool's axial line be swiveling. CONSTITUTION: A rotatable and swivelable guide sleeve 9 is provided in a holder 5 of the stand through swiveling bearings. A wobble plate 12 is fixed to a drilling machine 11 and the guide sleeve 9. An adaptor 13 of the drilling machine 11 projects from the guide sleeve 9, and a drilling tool 14 is inserted into the adaptor. On the holder 5, plural cylinders 16 and plural stoppers 17 are arranged concentrically and at equal intervals about a center line of the guide sleeve 9, and the piston rods of the cylinders 16 engage with the wobble plate 12. After that a drilled hole 15 with a given depth is formed on an exterior plate 2 with the tool 14 of this device, when the cylinders 16 are actuated in succession, the wobble plate 12 wobbles while contacting with the stoppers 17, and the tool 14 makes an undercut 18. |
