PURPOSE: To provide a tubular porous extensible gel-like film appropriate for transplantation piece such as a tubular artificial prosthesis apparatus, and to provide its manufacture. CONSTITUTION: A film is formed by using an unstable polymer solution, and formed by separately spraying the unstable solution and a non-solvent to a rotating surface by phase reversing technology. An artificial prosthesis apparatus formed of high-degree porous tubular film has a high opening factor and perfection of medical treatment, and it is effective for direct transplantation into human body or insertion and drawing of a tube from outside of the human body. |
