<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently dissociate waste paper and separate into fiber and nonfibrous material, by providing strainers having different hole diameters between outer and inner periphery regions under a rotor set in a bottom part of a tank. CONSTITUTION:In a pulper in which a rotor is set at a center of a bottom part of a dissociation tank and strainers 3 and 5 are provided on the bottom face under vanes 11-14 of said rotor, the strainers 3 and 5 are divided into inner periphery region 5 and outer periphery region 3, the inner periphery region 5 is depressed lower than the outer periphery region, hole (b) of small diameter passing only dissociation liquid and dissociated fiber in the outer peripheral region 3, hole (a) of large diameter suitable for discharge of foreign matters in the inner periphery region and the rotor is made as a fitted shape with the strainers.</p> |
