PURPOSE: To reduce a control cost for a driver for a cover disposed on a body of a vehicle by conducting a pressure conduit to open its cover after transferring a lock to an unlocking position irrespective of a position of a piston of a working cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A connecting port 20 remains closed until a stopper 12 arrives at a second limit switch 14 indicating an unlocking position during lifting of a piston 10. Immediately before the piston 10 arrives at an upper terminal position, the port 20 for a control conduit 18 communicating with a working cylinder 8 is opened. Since the lock for the cover is unlocked, the cover is raised by the cylinder 8. Since a switching valve 15 is stayed at a pump position, oil is fed from a pump conduit 17 to the cylinder 8 through the cylinder 7 and further port 22 via the conduit 18 by a conduit 16a. Thus, a piston rod 25 is raised by the piston, and thereby oscillating the cover upward. |
