PURPOSE:To obtain the title foam excellent in antistatic properties, surface wettability, and printability by using a polyolefin resin comprising specific resin comprising specfic olefin units, acrylate units, alkylmaleimide units, and cationized maleimide units. CONSTITUTION:A foam is produced from a polyolefin resin comprising 45-98.5-mol% olefin units of formula I (wherein R<1> is H or methyl), 0-15mol% acrylate units of formula II (wherein R<2> is 1-4C alkyl), 0. 5-5mol% alkylmaleimide units of formula II (wherein R<3> is 8-18C alkyl or 8-18C aryl), and 1-35mol% cationized maleimide units of formula IV (wherein R<4> is 2-8C alkylene; R<5> and R<6> are each 1-4C alkyl; R<7> is 1-12C alkyl, 6-12C aralkyl; etc.; and X is halogen, CH3OSO3, etc., arranged linearly and randomly and having a wt.-average mol.wt. of 1,000-50,000. |
