PURPOSE:To provide new antibiotics NK374186A, NK374186B, NK374186B3 and NK374186C3 having an antibacterial activity, an antitumor activity, an immunoregulation activity and hepatic regeneration-acceleration activity. CONSTITUTION:NK374186A, NK374186B, NK374186B3 and NK374186C3 are obtained by the culture of Penicillium sp NK374186 strain (FERM P-12285). The NK374186A has a rational formula: C34H61N3O12S and a mol.wt. of M<+>735 (FD-MSm/z), and the NK374186B has a rational formula C31H61N3O9 and a mol.wt. of M<+>655 (FD-MSm/z). The NK374186B3 has a rational formula C34H61N3O9 and a mol.wt. of M<+>655 (FD-MSm/z) and the NK374186C3 has a rational formula C32H59N3H7 and a mol.wt. of M<+>597 (FD-MSm/z). |
