DRUG CONTAINING NEUTRALIZED SULFUR DERIVAATIVE AS BASE AGENT

PURPOSE: To obtain a medicinal agent for washing a nose or ears or a creamy medicinal agent for applying onto the skin without imparting bad odor, capable of imparting a suitable pH on the skin and containing a sulfur derivative as a base. CONSTITUTION: This medicinal agent contains a neutralized associated sulfide obtained by neutralizing the sulfide formed by S<2-> anion bound to a cation preferably selected from Na2 S, K2 S, ZnS and Se4 S4 with a yeast extract, e.g. a yeast extract of u.s.p (the United States Pharmacopeia) as effective ingredients and preferably consists of Na2 S 9H2 O=4mg, the yeast extract =50mg, polysolvate 80=10mg, neroli-essential oil = 2μl, 90% NaCl solution = an amount to make the whole solution to 10ml and has pH=7.3 and odor = neroli- odor. This medicinal agent contains the sulfur derivative as a base and especially formulated in the form of a solution, a powdery application, an ointment or a cream always contacting with the skin. The medicinal agent has a neutral pH and a comfortable odor and almost no H2 S odor.
