PURPOSE:To enable easy obtaining of an RNA transcript by respectively linking the 5'-and 3'-terminals of an RNA to be transcribed with a DNA capable of coding a ribozyme RNA cleavable according to self processing. CONSTITUTION:Each ribozyme unit is obtained by composing a 5'-and a 3'- processing ribozymes, an intermolecularly acting ribozyme and a tRNA capable of stabilizing the ribozyme in vivo so as to simultaneously attack several sites of an AIDS virus. A plurality of the resultant units are linked and constructed between a promoter and a terminator to prepare an anti-AIDS viral agent, etc. The resultant anti-AIDS agent, as necessary, is added to the AIDS virus to cleave a desired site of the virus. Thereby, the AIDS virus is inactivated. |
