PURPOSE:To obtain a bleach composition whose effective component is stable and which has good bleaching power by mixing hydrogen peroxide with a surfactant, poly-alpha-hydroxyacrylic acid and a specified phosphonic acid oligomer. CONSTITUTION:This composition comprises 0.5-10wt.% hydrogen peroxide, 0.5-20wt.% surfactant, 0.005-5wt.% at least one hydroxyacrylic acid selected from among a poly-alpha-hydroxyacrylic acid of a molecular weight of 1000-200000, its salt and its polylactone and 0.00-5wt.% oligomer of the formula (wherein Y1 is H, CO-T1; R1, Q1 and T1 are each 1-4C alkyl; and n1 is 1-16) or an alkali metal salt thereof and has a pH of 7 or above. The pH of the above composition before dilution is adjusted with sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide or the like to 7 or above, and any strongly alkaline compound can be used as the pH regulator. |
