PURPOSE:To form a microstrip line with extremely simple processes. CONSTITUTION:Three objects (A) (a), (b) and (c) are prepared by laminating oxide superconductors 20, 22 and 24 on dielectric substrates 10, 12 and 14 and concerning one object (b), while remaining a part 22S to be a microstrip conductor, the other part is removed by etching. While setting this object at a center, it is held therebetween by vertically remaining two objects like (a), (b) and (c) of (C), and at this time, the microstrip line is easily formed by arranging the microstrip conductor 22S at the center on the dielectric substrate 12, vertically holding it therebetween by the dielectric substrate 10 and 12 and further vertically holding them therebetween by the ground conductors 20 and 24. |
