QUALITY EVALUATING DEVICE FOR REPRODUCED PICTURE

PURPOSE:To attain the cost reduction of an entire device by preparing a memory unit, and operating the quality evaluation of a reproduced picture by using a normal personal computer and a copying machine. CONSTITUTION:A picture reader 2 reads a picture by an activation control signal from a central arithmetic processor 6. The read picture signal and the address signal of a screen position corresponding to the picture signal are housed through a data lead L1 in a memory unit 10. The picture signal data are analyzed according to a program for a printing evaluation along the desired area of the screen. The content stored in the unit 10 can be displayed on a display 6b and a display 8 for a monitor by the command of the device 6, and the program for the evaluation can be typed by a keyboard 6a.
