A method of producing acoustic plate wave, particularly of lambda type, according to which the plate is subject to transverse vibrations by means of placing on its surface at the side edge a piezoelectric plate polarised perpendicularly in relation to this surface by voltage applied to electrodes on the surface of the plate, characterised in that both surfaces of the plate are subject to transverse vibration shifted one in relation to another by multiplication factor of wave fields, produced by piezoelectric plates (1, 1'), whose electrodes in pairs are connected to the common voltage pole.<IMAGE>
