The subject of the invention is a device for fixing and adjusting the tension of a wall plate on a balcony. The device is of the type using a wall plate (1), the end (2) of which terminates in an end fitting (3) crimped to the cable, characterised in that the said end fitting (3) crimped to the cable is a threaded rod (4) intended to enter the threaded hole of another end fitting (6) crimped into the tube (7) of the balcony in which it is mounted so that it can rotate freely. The invention applies to anchorages for guard rails or rigging.
