PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a system and to reduce the cost by providing a selecting means which selects an image and outputs it to a variable power means and a storage means which stores the output of the variable power means and then outputs it. CONSTITUTION:This image variable power circuit is provided with an input/ output means 14 which is connected to a host device and inputs and outputs the images, an input means 11 which inputs the images received from an original reader, an output means 15 which outputs the images to an image recorder, a selecting means 16 which selects the image given from the means 14 or 11, a variable power means 17 which varies the image resolution of the image given from the means 16, a storage means 18 which stores the output of the means 17 and outputs the images to both means 14 and 15, and a control means 19 which controls the overall status, sequence and operating conditions of each device. In such a constitution, the image variable power circuit has a conversion mode, an input mode, an output mode, and a direct mode which are independent of each other. The means 17 is used in common among these independent modes. |
