AUTOMATIC CONTACT RECEIVING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable the protectors of kindergarteners and the school children to automatically make contact with the kindergartens and the schools with use of an automatic contact receiving device and a facsimile. CONSTITUTION:The contact forms received at the kindergartens or the schools from the protectors of the kindergarteners or the school children are automatically received and the contents of these forms are automatically comprehended. A frame segmenting part 6 is provided to detect the vertical stripes at a high speed and to segment the frames for automatic recognition of the contents of the contact forms. A recognizing part 7 recognizes the segmented numeric characters and marks at a high speed. Then an absence totalization part 11 is added to produce a list showing the absent children and the reasons of absence for each classroom together with an absence analyzing part 10, and an automatic allotting part 14 which automatically sends the contact forms to the absent children.
