CONSTITUTION:Control signals are applied to the CE' pin, OE' pin, WE' pin and NE' pin of the non-volatile DRAM 1 from this microprocessor 2 when the power source is closed to the non-volatile DRAM 1 and a refreshing requirement is commanded to a micro-processor 2 from a refreshing requirement generating circuit 6. As a result, the recall operation of all bits is executed and in succession, a store operation is executed after the recall state is reset.</p> |
