PURPOSE:To easily form a halftone negative and halftone positive by strippably sticking a screen sheet having a pattern uniformly distributed with many out-of- focus dots over the entire surface to the surface of a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The screen sheet 2 having the pattern distributed with the many out-of-focus dots uniformly over the entire surface is strippably fixed to the surface of the photosensitive layer 4 of the photosensitive sheet 1 deposited and formed with the photosensitive layer 4 on one face of a sheet- shaped base material 3. The photosensitive layer 4 of the photosensitive sheet 1 is exposed through the screen sheet 2 having the pattern distributed with the many out-of-focus dots uniformly over the entire surface when a continuous- tone original picture is photographed by using, for example, a process camera. Further, the screen sheet 2 is stripped from the surface of the photosensitive sheet 1 and is subjected to required processings according to the kind of the photosensitive layer 4. The halftone negative and halftone positive are thereby easily and rapidly formed by using the conventional simple equipment. |
