PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and to improve the effect of a mounting surface for a cell decomposing device which decomposes the cell received from an ATM circuit and reads the cell into a receiving device. CONSTITUTION:A cell decomposing device is provided with a RAM 101 which stores the cell data received from a circuit, a writing means 102 which writes the cell data into the RAM 101, a reading means 103 which reads the cell data out of the RAM 101, a read control means 104 which controls the means 103 to read out the valid data after the cell assembling information is read out, and a converting means 105 which converts the valid data into an HDLC frame. |
