PURPOSE:To obtain synchronizing data at a reception terminal equipment independently of a transmission speed difference of a line and line congestion degree and to quicken the reply time for reproduction when voice medium data are reproduced from the midway of the data. CONSTITUTION:Terminal equipments 3, 4 divide voice medium data to form plural frames and divide picture text medium data to be synchronously with the voice medium data to form frames of the same number of the voice medium data frames. Furthermore, each voice medium data frame and each picture text medium data frame are made composite one by one frame to form plural multi-media data frames and additional information to manage the frame is added before and after each multi-media data frame. The transmission and reception between a multi-media mail server 1 and the terminal equipments 3, 4 are implemented in the unit of the multi-media data frames and only a packet exchange network 2 is used for the transmission line. |
