PURPOSE: To control a pressure control valve with slight driving output in a relatively short operation time by providing a valve housing provided with a primary connection port, a secondary connection port, and a pressure reduction connection port, a control member in housing holes, and an operation element for pressure control. CONSTITUTION: A valve housing 1 is provided with a primary connection port 18, a secondary connection port 19, and a pressure reduction connection port 20. A control sleeve 5 in housing holes 3 and 4 sections a space 25 connected to the pressure reduction connection port 20 in the inside end part. A control spring 16 and an operation spring 26 apply a load to the control sleeve 5. An operation element 17 is provided for pressure control. Thus, an operation pressure or a control pressure is prevented from acting on a spool 9, and only the force of the small control spring 16 is allowed to act. If the operation element 17 takes an action to pull or push the spool 9 to which it is connected by fitting, the control spring 16 is omitted. Consequently, the valve is controlled with slight driving output in a short time.
