<p>PURPOSE: To realize a nonvolatile memory in a data processor, which progressively program/accesses the section of a number which the user decides. CONSTITUTION: When during actually programming and accessing consecutive sections in the nonvolatile memory 28, the user can program and/or access the nonvolatile memory 28 reprogrammable, similarly with the same address. Nonvolatile information stored in a nonvolatile control bit is used for controlling which section of the nonvolatile memory is connected with a communication bus and accessable to a user. When the user desires to write and/or access in the new section of the memory 28, the user affirms one of the nonvolatile control bit through the direct use of a software, or a nonvolatile control part 24 affirms one of the nonvolatile control bits through the use of hardware.</p> |
