PURPOSE:To miniaturize a cooling means and to reduce a noise in an image recorder using the electrophotographic processes of a copying machine, a laser printer, etc. CONSTITUTION:A motor-driven fan 24 is provided inside outer package of the laser printer 1, a guiding blade 30 is arranged in an adjacent relation, and operated by a solenoid 31. When a recording action is not taken, the guiding blade 30 is at a position shown by the figure, mainly the air flows of (a) and (b) are obtained, and the motor-driven fan 24 is reduced in speed and rotated. When a recording action is taken, the guiding blade 30 is turned to the side of a fixing unit 9, and the motor-driven fan 24 is rotated at full speed. |
