PURPOSE:To provide an excellent magnetic characteristic by filling a container with element powder or alloy with balls of a plurality of kinds, performing mechanical ironing at 600-1000 deg.C, plastically working simultaneously with the mechanical ironing and powdering the material after the material is cooled. CONSTITUTION:A heater 2 which heats 600-1000 deg.C is arranged in a chamber 1 which allows vacuum or inactive atmosphere and a container 3 which has a vent 4 which communicates with the chamber and a driving part 5 which has the function of adding revolving power to the container are provided in the heater 2. The vent 4 provided on the container is required to be arranged so as not to allow processing material to scatter and is provided in the vicinity of the center of the rotating shaft. The device is previously filled with magnetic alloy and heat resistant alloy balls, the inside of the container is displaced by vacuum or inactive atmosphere and the device is revolved after it is heated. Thus, the R-T-B magnetic aeolotropic magnetic powder for bond magnet is provided economically by the simple process. |
