PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of parking lot service to an original customer by integrating communication time between a fixed communication equipment and a mobile communication equipment. CONSTITUTION:When a customer parks his (or her) automobile in a parking lot annexed to a department store, the customer is allowed to carry a receiving equipment 200, and during the period of purchasing in the department store, the equipment 200 receives radio waves from a transmitting equipment 100. Namely when a radio receiving means 21 in the equipment 200 does not receive radio waves from the equipment 100, a switching means 22 is driven and a switch is held at an opened state. Thereby a reference signal is supplied from a reference signal generator 23 to a counting means 24 and a control means 25 can compute an integrated time. The integrated time computed by the control means 25 is displayed on a display means 26. If the customer goes out from the department store, the integrating operation of the means 25 is stopped, so that customer's practical staying time in the department store can be measured. |
