<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently perform data reloading on a flash type EEPROM. CONSTITUTION:The nonvolatile memory cell of the flash type EEPROM is divided into plural memory blocks MB11, MB12,... in memory capacity unit of 512 bytes. and data erasure and data write can be executed in memory block unit of 512 bytes. Therefore, It is possible to efficiently perform the data reloading by access small in memory capacity compared with a system with constitution to perform the data erasure and the data write in memory chip unit.</p> |
