A cosmetic skin care composition for adding to bath water, including, in an aqueous dispersion phase, a dispersion of vesicles with a membrane consisting of a lipid phase containing at least one ionic amphiphilic lipid and/or at least one non-ionic amphiphilic lipid, wherein said aqueous dispersion phase contains at least one compound of formula (I): R' O [ RO ]n R'', wherein R is a straight or branched C2-3 alkylene radical, R' and R", which are the same or different, are H or a C1-4 alkyl radical, and n is an integer between 1 and 3 inclusive. The weight ratio between the lipid phase of the vesicles and the total amount of the compound(s) of formula (I) in the dispersion phase is 0.25-2.5.
