PURPOSE:To provide a driving controller whose number of parts is few, which is small in size and inexpensive and which can variably control a fixing speed. CONSTITUTION:By a size detection switch 39, a size code signal is outputted to a control part 41. By the control part 41, the sort of a recording paper is decided and a selection control signal is outputted to a multiplexer 42. By the multiplexer 42, a reference pulse is selected and outputted to an IC for driving a motor 43. On the other hand, it is detected by a recording paper detector 44 that the recording paper arrives at a fixing device and a recording paper detection signal is outputted to the control part 41. By the control part 41, a motor driving signal is outputted to the IC 43 when the recording paper detection signal is inputted. By the IC 43, the rotational speed of a motor for driving 40 is controlled based on the reference pulse and the driving stop of the motor 40 is controlled based on the motor driving signal. |
