PURPOSE:To prevent the soiling of an electrostatic recording form with a developing liquid, in a liquid developing unit. CONSTITUTION:The drying groove 154 on the top surface of a developing unit 15, is formed long so as to extend outer sides than both ends of the developing groove 152, and the developing liquid leaked outside from both ends of developing groove 152 and stuck to the electrostatic recording form 1, can be removed, as well. Further, a slope 159 is formed between the drying groove 154 and the side surface 158 of the developing unit, and the width of a drying groove bank 160 adjacent to the drying groove 154, is narrowed, and the developing liquid can be prevented from being stuck to the bank part. |
