PURPOSE:To expose securely a terminal section by retaining the terminal section of a wiring or a piping component into an insert block constituted of an elastic material, disposing said insert block into the given position of a molded product cavity together with the wiring or piping component with which said insert block is buried, and then injecting and molding a molding material into the cavity, and removing the insert block from the molded product after molding. CONSTITUTION:An insert block 20 accommodating a terminal section 12 of a wiring component 10 in a retaining section 25 is disposed on a given recessed section 43 of a cavity 41. In that case, the insert block 20 accommodates a terminal connecting tool 13 of the piping component 10 in an innermost section of the recessed section 43 in a manner to facing an opening end 23 in contact with a step 44 in the recessed section 43, and a section to be buried of the wiring component 10 is pulled out of one end 21 of the closed cylindrical insert block 20 and disposed in the given position of the cavity 41. The insert block 20 and the wiring component 10 are disposed in the cavity 41, and then a molding material such as polyurethane resin or the like is injected into the cavity 41 and molding is carried out. A molded product is released from a mold together with the insert block after the completion of molding, and a molded product in which the wiring component is buried and with its terminal section exposed on a given mounting section is obtained by releasing the block from the molded product. |
