<p>PURPOSE: To repair a main valve by separating the main valve from the main body of a separation valve and control the main valve by manually operating the separation valve by shutting off the passage of the entrance/exit of the main valve when the valve disk of the main body is moved relatively to the main body by a hole or slot on the valve disk. CONSTITUTION: The outer periphery of a valve disk 96 is precisely matched with an internal hole on a separation valve main body 94 and the main body 94 and a main valve 91 are integrally linked with each other. A balancing hole or slot 912 on the disk 96 communicates passages A1 , A2 , B1 , and B2 from an entrance 97 to an exit 98 to each other. Namely, the hole 912 communicates the passages A1 , A2 , B1 , and B2 between the entrance 97 and exit 98 of the main valve 91 or between the main valve 91 and a leading valve 92 to each other. When the disk 96 is moved relatively to the main body 94, the passages A1 , A2 , B1 , and B2 can be shut off and the main valve 91 can be separated from the entrance 97 and exit 98 or from the leading valve 92. Therefore, the main valve 91 or leading valve 92 can be repaired at a job site.</p> |
