PURPOSE:To correct the warpage of the photosensitive printing plate between receiving rollers and pressing rollers and to lessen the generation of defective printing plates by specifying the amt. of the warpage when the printing plate is placed on surface plate. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive printing plate W is so formed that the height of the part floating most from the surface plate attains <=30mm as the amt. of the warpage in the state of placing this printing plate on the surface plate. The photosensitive printing plate W inserted between the receiving rollers 11 and the pressing rollers 12 via guide rollers 3, 4 is handled between the receiving rollers 11 and the pressing rollers 12 and is thereafter carried out. To which side the printing paper is to be passed is determined by disposing which of the receiving rollers 11 and the pressing rollers 12 upward or downward and, therefore, whether the photosensitive printing plate W is positioned to face upward or downward is determined in compliance with this state and is inserted therebetween. The base for the photosensitive printing plate W is exemplified by an aluminum plate, iron sheet, etc. These plates are subjected to surface treatments, such as dressing and anodizing, and may be provided with a halation preventive layer, etc. |
