ORGANIC ELECTROLYTE BATTERY

摘要

PURPOSE:To increase high rate discharge performance at normal temperature and at low temperature by preparing an electrolyte with a mixed solvent of ethylene carbonate and dimethylethane and a solute comprising lithium trifluoromethane sulfonate. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of ethylene carbonate whose dielectric constant is high and 1,2-dimethoxyethane whose melting point and viscosity are low is used as the solvent of an electrolyte and lithium trifluoromethane sulfonate is used as its solute. High rate discharge performance at low temperature is kept high and that at normal temperature is also high and sililar to that of a battery using lithium perchlorate in the electrolyte as its solute.
