Thereby, a delay time of the rotating phase signal C can be set on the basis of the recording/reproducing speed information i. In this case, the rise and fall timings of the head switching signal g are determined by a count value 3 of a counter means 8 and relative output timing of a head output signal f and a head output signal g can always be kept constant.
