PURPOSE:To simplify correction work according to the conversion of an item with respect to an area by providing an area managing data processing part which manages the position of the area by a line position and a digit position. CONSTITUTION:An area data processing part 2 stores and processes text data and graphic data in the rectangular area of a text(sentence) or a graphic, etc. An area managing data processing part 3 stores the relative position information, the superposition information the arranging information of a character string developed on the area, and the start point position information in which the start position of the area is represented in the line position and the digit position of a text in another area that belongs to the lower layer of superposition of the area set by an input part 1. A control part 6 applies correction to the line pitch and digit pitch of a text character string in a master area fitting in the size of the master area when the development of the text character string in the master area is changed, and also, automatically changes the developing direction and the line pitch and digit pitch of a developed character string for a slave area. |
