PURPOSE:To provide a word processor and its system which stores the homonym information selected by a user for each part of speech in a KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI (Chinese character) conversion state and then outputs with the highest priority the candidate word information having a form of description shown by the stored homonym information with input of the part of speech (reading) with which a homonym is learnt after storage of the homonym information. CONSTITUTION:A KANA/KANJI conversion processing part 5 detects the candidate word information corresponding to the reading form inputted through an input device 1 and then shows these candidate word information based on the prescribed priority. Then the information showing the description form of the candidate word information selected in accordance with the part of speech of the candidate word information selected by a user is registered in a description learning area 21. Then the information showing the description form registered in the area 21 is retrieved based on the part of speech of the candidate KANJI which is extracted out of the part 4 by the part 3. Then the candidate word information having the description form shown by the retrieved information is outputted to the device 5 with the highest priority. |
