The field of the invention is that of apparatuses comprising, on the one hand, an elastomer membrane for a touch-sensitive keyboard, and, on the other hand, a microphone housing forming an acoustic filter. The present invention applies especially to telephone instruments. According to the invention, the apparatus is of the type comprising at least one key interacting with a dome of an elastomer membrane for establishing an electrical contact between a set of first electrically conducting elements included on a printed circuit by means of a second electrically conducting element placed within the said dome, the said electrical contact being established by pressing on the said key, the said elastomer membrane being placed on the said printed circuit, the said apparatus also comprising a microphone arranged in a housing forming an acoustic filter, the said elastomer membrane (30) including the said microphone housing (31) forming an acoustic filter. <IMAGE>
