Cheese maker consists of a container with an inner wall made up of two curved sections and a floor with a closable outlet opening. Above the container is an agitator system with at least two overlapping agitation and cutting paddles. The outlet opening (3) is located in the centre of the container floor (4) and the floor slopes from the lower edge (20) of the inner walls edge towards this opening. USE/ADVANTAGE - For cutting and thickening in the manufacture of cheese. The container is easily completely emptied and achieves a high stability and an almost constant height of filling. The static pressure in the produce is therefore as constant as possible.
