The circuitry uses a storage capacitor (C) charged in alternation via a reference resistance (R1) and a resistance (R2,R3) dependent on the measured temp. The capacitor (C) is charged to a given threshold voltage in each case, the differing charge times being evaluated by a microcomputer (1) providing a digital signal representing the temp. Pref. the temp. dependent resistance (R2,R3) comprises a negative temp. coefft. resistance (R3) and a parallel resistance (R2) coupled to the supply voltage (U6) via a switch (S2) operated in alternation with a second switch (S1) for the reference resistance (R1). A further switch (S3) is connected across the capacitor (C).
