LABEL FOR IN-MOLD

PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow vessel which is free from deformation of the molded hollow vessel itself and free from generation of a blister on a label and excellent in appearance by specifying degree of shrinkage of the label for an in-mold in the vertical direction of a parison and in the direction orthogonal to the vertical direction of the parison and also in a range of the ratio of the degrees of shrinkage thereof. CONSTITUTION:A label for an in-mold having the degree of shrinkage described hereunder is produced e.g. by applying an acrylic-based antistatic agent soln. to the surface of an printed layer B of a composite resin film having a three-layer structure and drying it and then performing multi-color offset printing on the surface of the printed layer B and cutting this. The degree of shrinkage at a time for being allowed to stand for 30 minutes at 120 deg.C is 0.3-1.5% in the vertical stretching direction (machine direction : MD), 0.5-1.5% in the transverse stretching direction (the direction orthogonal to the machine direction : TD) and 0.6-1 TD/MD. The adhesive layer side of the label is directed to the inside and inserted into the inside of a mold for hollow molding. Thereafter the direction of the label is allowed to coincide with the vertical stretching direction of the label and with the vertical direction of a parison and sticking-together is performed.
