PURPOSE:To easily exchange a reflection sheet at the time of pollution due to exhaust gas or the like by covering the bumper of sand cushions which are piled on a plurality of lines and steps and are bound with each other, attachably or removably with a synthetic resin sheet with the firmly fitted recurrent reflection sheet. CONSTITUTION:The sand cushions S of synthetic resin sheet vessels filled up with sand are piled on a plurality of lines and steps, and the outer periphery is bound with a rope or the like, and an impact bumper is formed. After that, the whole surface except the bottom surface of the impact bumper is covered with a synthetic resin sheet cover 1, and on the front surface 11 of the cover 1 at least, a recurrent reflection sheet 16 is bonded to be fixed. Besides, on the rear side surface 14 of the cover 1, a fastener 15 or the like is set. When the bumper set at the branch nose base point of a road or in front of a structure or the like is polluted due to exhaust gas or the like, then the cover 1 is exchanged. As a result, clear gaze induction can be always performed. |
