摘要 <p>The pattern of the laser projection spot is shaped by a mask and is produced on the surface of the object. The intensity-reinforced projection spot is formed by means of a super-radiation laser, via repeated passage of the mask pattern inside a planospherical resonator and inversion in a super-radiation laser tube. The planes of the mask and at least one of the resonator mirrors are optically paired by means of an optical focussing system. USE/ADVANTAGE - In the laser processing technology. Its radiation power density can be adjusted within broad limits, and it allows objects with arbitrary shape and with various reflection factors to be technologically processed.</p>
