<p>A device for skiving and roller burnishing a workpiece (6) including a cutter (8) and a chip crusher (14) for crushing strings of chips (10). The crusher is positioned beneath the cutter such that low pressure coolant directs the chips from the end (12) of the workpiece and cutter directly into the crusher.
