<p>A mixer for machines which produce ice cream consists of a large number of radial blades which are mounted pivotably on corresponding longitudinal support arms, the blades being suitable for scraping the inner surface of the casing of a cylinder, the mixer being arranged rotatingly inside the cylinder. According to the invention, at least one fixed tooth is inserted into the large number of pivotable blades, which cleans a zone of the cylinder in the vicinity of the inner surface of its casing without, however, bringing about a scraping on the surface.</p> |
