An anti-theft security device comprises a bar fixed to a backplate fitted over grooved wheel nuts or bolts and a locking plate with keyhole slots which is located in the grooves and locked to the backplate with a padlock. The security device allows the owner or user of a vehicle, self propelled or towed to secure that vehicle by preventing the rotation of one or more wheels by fitting the device which is locked in position and strikes the ground when an attempt is made to move the vehicle. <IMAGE>
