PURPOSE: To always set projections of cleaning wires from a front end of a writing short tube at its maximum projecting state with a simple structure by placing a drop weight body on a placing face formed in an inner bore at a front position of the body via the front end face, and inclining the end face of the body and the placing surface to one another. CONSTITUTION: A placing face 9 formed in a front end of an inner bore 6 is formed adjacent to the front end face 10 of a drop weight body 7. And, a hole 2' is formed from the bore 6 to a writing short tube 2 via the face 9. The face 10 of the body 7 is extended perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. The face 9 is inclined at, for example, 10 to 30 to the axis. Accordingly, when the body 7 is rotated 90 deg., the face 10 of the body 7 is supported by an area of the face 9 retracted slightly rear at the face 10, and hence a forward position of the body 7 is moved forward. Therefore, many cleaning wires 9 are projected from forward end of the tube 2. |
