PURPOSE:To surely detect an obstacle in any direction by pressure-sensing a cord-like pressure sensible sensor directly or indirectly through bar-like contactor and tentatively stopping the operation of machine with the signal voltage through a control part via a signal. CONSTITUTION:When the bar-like contactor 7 is brought into contact with the obstacle during a laser processing, the bar-like contactor 7 is deformed and displaced with a lever movement, and by this method, the cord-like pressure sensitive sensor 9 is activated to stop the operation of machine. Further, in the annular contactor 8 part, the obstacle is directly brought into contact with the cord-like pressure sensitive sensor 9. Both contactors 7, 8 and the cord-like pressure sensitive sensor 9 are deformed, but since they are set in the prescribed intervals to an optical head body 2 and profiling device body 4 and the operation of machine is stopped before directly colliding with a protecting member, the protecting member is not damaged. |
