Disclosed is a method for forming a liquid crystal resin composite composed of a matrix resin and a liquid crystal reinforcing said matrix resin wherein said matrix resin has a melting point lower than a liquid crystal transition temperature of said liquid crystal resin, comprising: forming pellets for molding wherein the liquid crystal resin is present in the matrix resin in fiber form, and injection-molding said pellets within a temperature range between the liquid crystal transition temperature and the melting point of the matrix resin, at a maximum shear rate in an injection passage of 15,000 sec<-><1> or less. A molded article obtained by the method for injection molding is also disclosed.
