PURPOSE:To collect and remove sludge in good yield by collecting and depositing the sludge contg. magnetic metal particles in concd. waste liq. on the wall surface of a nonmagnetic cover by plural magnets and rotating a retaining case to discharge the deposited sludge. CONSTITUTION:Plural magnets 11 provided at the concd. waste liq. discharge part 5 of a solid-liq. separator 1 are arranged around the cylindrical non- magnetic cover 6 for preventing the splashing of the discharged concd. waste liq. The magnets 11 are retained by the case 12 capable of being freely rotated around the cover 6 and arranged around the cover 6 at regular intervals. The sludge contg. magnetic metal particles in the concd. waste liq. are collected and deposited on the wall of the cover 6 by the magnets 11 and then discharged by rotating the case 12. Consequently, the sludge is easily collected from the separated concd. waste liq. in good yield, and the sludge is collected and removed at a low cost. |
